A weekly check-in with the habits that matter. Two simple tools, used consistently, that quietly changed the way the days felt...and became the reason Dayswell exists.

The Mindful Daily Prompts notepad is a morning practice in three parts: gratitude, affirmation, and mantra. A few minutes before the day begins to notice what's good, remind yourself who you are, and choose a word or intention to return to when things get full. It doesn't take long, but it changes the tone of everything that follows.

The Healthy Habits Tracker is a weekly practice built around whatever habits matter most to you right now- not a prescribed list, but your list. Track up to ten habits across seven days, reflect at the end of the week on what worked and what to carry forward, and let the simple act of showing up to the page build the consistency that makes habits stick.

Together they bookend the practice of intentional living, beginning each day with presence, and each week with purpose.
