Because every Dayswell product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email]. Please include a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Packages If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, please wait 3 business days and check with neighbors or your local post office. If it's still missing, reach out and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and we're unable to cancel.
